Every day, make it a habit to complete your gratitude journal and follow these simple steps:
1 – Write down FIVE things you are grateful for, using the present tense. For example, “I am so happy and grateful now that I’ve had a good sleep” or “I am so happy and grateful now that I’ve received a cuddle from my kids.”
2 – Write down FIVE things you want to manifest from your life script. Repeat these same five things every day until they become a reality. Remember to write them in the present tense, such as “I am so happy and grateful now that…”
3 – Take 5-10 minutes to check in with your higher self or inner child (or both) for guidance throughout the day. Pay attention to any thoughts or ideas that come to mind and write them down. Act on this guidance, as it is important for your personal growth.
4 – Create a list of THREE things you can do today to bring a smile to someone’s face. This is about spreading happiness and leaving a positive impact on others. Remember, it’s not just about writing it down, but taking action and enjoying the process. Make it fun!
