Sometimes I’ll be brushing my teeth, making a cup of tea, or sitting in traffic…
and suddenly I’m replaying a tiny moment from days ago.

What I said.
How they looked.
The tone.
The energy.

My mind whispering,
“Did that sound wrong? Did they misunderstand me?” 😔

And when the alarm settles, the noisy thoughts settle too.

My mind stops over-analysing every detail.
I feel myself settling again.
