Steps to follow

Step #1

Begin by contacting me to arrange a free 30 min telephone consultation.

During our time together we will discuss what you need help with and we’ll decide whether we’re a good fit and which way of working is best for you.

Step #2

Should you choose to proceed with individual sessions, we will curate a personalised program consisting of 12 sessions. These sessions will be scheduled at intervals that suit you, ensuring you get the most out of each session.

Step #3

We’ll equip you with the necessary tools, resources, and insights to prepare you for the sessions ahead, to empower you to make meaningful progress, and unlock your full potential.

This structured approach will allow for a deep transformation and positive change.

I'm a massive fan of Gratitude, because the benefits do wonders for our mental health and manifesting! 

But there’s a side to gratitude that isn’t so helpful, and that’s when it turns toxic. 

Toxic gratitude is when we push away genuine feelings or believe we have to "always be thankful" to manifest success. 

Spoiler alert: it will harm your mental health and make you feel worse!⁠
