As a seasoned psychotherapist, I’ve become well-versed in navigating life’s toughest challenges. From the ones that lack guidebooks to the ones that seem insurmountable, I’ve not only faced them but also managed to emerge stronger, and with my sense of humour intact!

I’m also a BACP Accredited psychotherapist and an Accredited EMDR practitioner I have 23 years clinical experience. These skills, along with life experience and my wider interests in spirituality and self improvement have enabled me to produce my own style of therapy. Together , we’ll tackle negative patterns such as self-sabotage and low self-worth that may be holding you back.  We’ll cultivate new habits and a focused mindset, empowering you to take bold aligned action to create meaningful change and manifest new possibilities into your life.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a powerful technique that can help you overcome negative beliefs, emotions, and behavioral patterns.  

The technique has been proven to be highly effective in treating a variety of issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, phobias, traumatic memories and guilt.  By accessing the brain’s natural ability to heal itself and make positive changes, you can break free from past experiences that have had a negative influence on your life.

Through EMDR, I will help you to gain insight into your emotions while learning to cope with your symptoms in a healthier way.  You will gain increased clarity and understanding, improved self-esteem, greater ability to manage emotions, improved problem solving skills, increased motivation to achieve goals, improved interpersonal relationships and reduced stress and anxiety levels.

This will be an evaluation session where we take a look at where you were and where you are now.
