Now, let’s embark on the exciting journey of recording and listening to your script. To begin, find a phone app like ‘Voice Loop’ last time I checked it was 89p. As the name suggests it will keep playing your script which is helpful.

It’s natural to feel a bit uneasy when hearing your own voice but the act of connecting with your future self through this recording is truly magical.

As you record your script, infuse it with personality. Bring it to life by adding laughter, exclaiming “wow, can you believe it?” statements, and making it enjoyable to listen to. Remember that you are the only one listening to it.

Once you’ve finished recording, I encourage you to listen to it consistently at least twice a day. Eventually you can listen to this whilst you’re on the go, but to start with I encourage you to follow this process:

As you listen to it, I want you to imagine yourself as the version of yourself you aspire to be right now. Visualise that you have already manifested everything in your script.

Consciously generate positive emotions and feelings while listening. By doing so, you create an energy that fuels action.

If possible, set aside any self-doubt or negative thinking. You are entering a creative process, so try not to give them power.  Instead, stay open to nudges and opportunities that come your way. If you feel inspired to take action or say yes to an opportunity, trust your intuition.
