Welcome to lesson three of your program!

Last week I invited you to consider what you need to BE, DO or HAVE, to feel worthy and successful in the eyes of others? To consider the possibility that if you achieved these things, what would you feel as the reward?

The purpose of this exercise is to prompt you to consider where you might be seeking external approval, which can deplete your energy. Rather than seeking validation from others, it encourages you to shift your energy towards recognising your inherent worthiness.

Now, we take it a step further! This lesson is about sorting out what is aligned with your heart and true authenticity and what may be a response to an old emotional wound.

Remember, to be open to what you discover along the way, and know that there is no judgment here, only love and support.
